Today I experienced both general and break-out sessions designed to improve my ability to facilitate dialogue and teach students both in and out of the classroom about Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.I have met educators from all over Metro Detroit who work with youth in a variety of capacities.

The opportunity to find common ground and learn from people of different backgrounds is a central focus of this conference. There are so many people doing very real work that is making a difference in promoting peace and understanding within and among our communities.
